Welcome to Evertyna. These Terms of Service outline the rules and guidelines for the use of our platform and procurement of services, digital materials, and tangible items provided by Evertyna.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or placing an order at Evertyna, you agree to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable regulations. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our offerings.
2. Services
Evertyna provides lifestyle consultation sessions, coaching programs, workshops, and events (collectively, the “Services”). All scheduling and details will be confirmed upon booking.
3. Digital Materials
We offer digital guides, online courses, and downloadable resources (collectively, “Digital Materials”). Access is granted after completion of the procurement process.
4. Tangible Items
Tangible items such as printed magazines, merchandise, and other physical products (collectively, “Goods”) may be available for shipment to users.
5. Payment Terms
All fees are billed in advance. You agree to provide accurate payment details. Prices are set forth on the platform and are subject to change without prior notice. Inquiries may be directed to Customer Support.
6. Reimbursement Policy
Evertyna strives for user satisfaction. The following policy applies to reimbursements for Services, Digital Materials, and Goods.
6.1 Services
Users may request a schedule change up to 48 hours before a session at no extra charge. Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior will receive a full reimbursement. Cancellations within 72 hours of the session are non-refundable due to resource and time commitments. To initiate a schedule change or reimbursement, contact Customer Support. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
6.2 Digital Materials
Requests for a refund of Digital Materials must be submitted within 14 days of procurement. If a user accesses more than 20% of the content, the request will be declined to protect the integrity of our materials. Approved requests will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
6.3 Tangible Items
Goods may be shipped back for reimbursement within 30 days of delivery if shipped in original condition and packaging. Users are responsible for safe shipment. Once received and inspected at our address, Evertyna will process the reimbursement within 14 business days. Users may arrange for a prepaid shipping label by contacting Customer Support.
7. Cancellations and Scheduling
To cancel or reschedule any Service, or to inquire about an order of Digital Materials or Goods, please reach out to Customer Support. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes.
8. Amendments
Evertyna may revise these terms at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Effective Date: January 1, 2025.
